The students in the B2 group have some tips to help you settle in Annecy and make the most of your time at our school! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accommodation and practical information<\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normally, [in Annecy], you can often use the bus, but there\u2019s no underground like in big cities. So you need to be careful when choosing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tezdev.cilfa.fr\/en\/accommodation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">accommodation<\/a>. In my opinion, it\u2019s best to look for accommodation close to your school. It\u2019ll be easier to get there. [&#8230;] If you\u2019re staying in a flat far from the school, it\u2019s best to hire a bike. I\u2019d say Annecy is a \u2018cycling town\u2019. Lots of people use bikes, and it\u2019s a handy way to get to lots of places.      <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Kazuko, Japan<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019d like to offer some advice to prospective students to help them settle in more easily in Annecy. The best thing about my time here has been my flatmate, who speaks French with me and has introduced me to her friends and neighbours. I\u2019d advise you to get to know [&#8230;] the locals, who can show you what life in Annecy is really like, the restaurants where the French eat, Savoyard dishes and the culture of Haute-Savoie.  <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Jenny, United States<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studying at CILFA<\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019d advise you to learn French at CILFA because you\u2019ll receive the very best teaching there. It\u2019s a school where all the teachers are like diamonds. [&#8230;] CILFA was like a second home to me. I had a wonderful time there. [&#8230;] That\u2019s why, if I were in your shoes, I\u2019d choose this school.    <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Olesya, Russia<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019d like to share my experience at CILFA to offer some advice to future students. [&#8230;] First of all, the school is the perfect size for me as there are a maximum of 12 students per class, which makes it easier to get involved and practise the language. What\u2019s more, we have plenty of opportunities to improve our French outside the classroom. For example, every Tuesday and Thursday, we spend the break with all the students and teachers at CILFA, having a coffee or a tea. In my opinion, this is a great opportunity to get to know students from other groups. Furthermore, I\u2019d advise you to take part in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tezdev.cilfa.fr\/en\/educational-activities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">afternoon activities<\/a> to explore the town of Annecy.
