What is the CilfaCyclette?
The CilfaCyclette is a multi-day cycling trip organized each summer by CILFA to give students the opportunity to learn French while exploring the region. It is a 4-day cycling tour open to everyone, combining language practice, cultural visits, and immersion in a variety of landscapes.
This activity includes bike rentals, campground reservations, as well as certain meals and local tastings, not to mention visits to sites such as medieval towns, vineyards, castles, and spa or historic towns. It offers a unique opportunity to actively practice the French language while sharing memorable moments with other participants.

A 4-day itinerary through the most beautiful sites in Savoie
Day 1 - Annecy → Albertville
Via greenway
Depart from Annecy and follow the magnificent bike paths of the Savoyard greenway. Enjoy the alpine landscapes and arrive in Albertville, the Olympic city.
Day 2 - Albertville → Montmélian
With wine tasting of wines
Cycle through the vineyards of Savoie to Montmélian. Discover local wines during a tasting organized with regional winegrowers.
Day 3 - Montmélian → Bourget-du-Lac
Local visits
Continue on to Lake Bourget, France’s largest natural lake. Visit local sites and discover the region’s historical heritage.
Day 4 - Bourget-du-Lac → Annecy
Cheese tasting and final return
The final stage of the trip includes a tasting of traditional Savoyard cheeses. Return to Annecy and celebrate this unforgettable adventure.
