01. Deposit for reservation

A reservation deposit of €200 is payable upon registration. If you request accommodation, the reservation deposit is €450.

Non-refundable and valid for one year from the first day of class

Includes a non-refundable €50 processing fee

Deducted from the total amount of the registration fee

02. Terms and conditions of payment

Payment by check, Visa, Mastercard, or SEPA transfer payable to Crédit Agricole des Savoie.

Any bank charges are your responsibility. Payment for the course must be made in full no later than the first day of the session.

03. Membership in the CILFA association

Membership in the CILFA association is mandatory.
Annual membership fee: €20

04. Size of groups

If the number of people enrolled in a course does not exceed 4, CILFA reserves the right to reduce the overall duration of the course.

05. Public holidays and exam periods

A reservation deposit of €200 is payable upon registration. If you request accommodation, the reservation deposit is €450.

Public holidays are neither recoverable nor refundable.

During each DELF/DALF session, one day of classes per session may be used for organizing the exams.

06. Postponement and withdrawal

Registration postponement:

Possible within one year of the start of the initially scheduled session, with the application fee retained.

Withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal during the session, no postponement or refund is provided, except in cases of force majeure.

07. Cases of force majeure

Two recognized cases:

Death of father, mother, brother, sister, or spouse:

Death certificate and document proving the family relationship required

Disease occurring after start-up:

Medical certificate issued by a doctor in France and supporting documents required

Refund: Unused hours refunded (any week started is due) with a penalty corresponding to the administrative fee.

Not recognized: Professional or academic requirements

08. Closure following government decision

In the event that CILFA closes due to a government decision, classes will be taught remotely without any possibility of reimbursement.

09. Accommodation

Identity document and title of residence that is currently valid and required.

Payment for accommodation is made directly to CILFA, with insurance and placement fees of up to €20 per month.

10. Insurance

Individuals whose accommodation is arranged by CILFA automatically receive comprehensive insurance 24 hours a day for the entire duration of their stay:

11. Right of withdrawal

Each student has a right of withdrawal of 7 days (or 14 days for distance learning contracts) without having to provide a reason.

This period begins upon receipt of payment by CILFA. The period is extended to the next business day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

Notification required in writing, by email or postal mail to the address of the CILFA.
