CILFA Exams
Please read carefully the registration requirements and the terms of our services before you sign up for classes.
Exam registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, bank check drawn on a French bank and made payable to CILFA, or SEPA transfer to Crédit Agricole des Savoie, 53 avenue de Genève 74000 Annecy, France.

Any bank fees are your responsibility.
To receive the diploma by registered mail, a flat fee of €20 must be added to the payment.
No later than one week before the exams, you will receive an email notification specifying the times and locations of the exams. You must confirm receipt of this notification. Candidates will receive a notification with two different dates: one date for the group exam and another date for the individual exam. The dates and times of the exams cannot be chosen by the candidate and cannot be changed.
We recommend that you add the exam email address examen@cilfa.fr to your contacts. CILFA cannot be held responsible if correspondence ends up in your spam or junk mail folders.
Once the fees have been paid, registration for the exams is final. No refunds are possible. Please note that in all cases, candidates cannot register for an exam at the same level without first receiving the final results of the previous exam. If this occurs, registration will be automatically postponed to the next session, with no possibility of a refund.
If a candidate arrives late, the examination center will refuse them access to the examination room.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may submit a request to the CILFA Examination Department to defer your registration to the next exam session of the current year. To be valid, this request must be accompanied by official supporting documentation (e.g., a medical certificate) and must be received no later than two days before the first exam of the session, in accordance with the schedule on our website.
In the event of a request to postpone an exam, a flat fee of €25 will be charged by CILFA for administrative costs.
