Hello future students

Hello future students,

Welcome to CILFA!

If you’re not studying French yet, good luck!

I recommend learning French. It’s not easy at first, but the teachers at CILFA are friendly. It would be best to make French friends so you can practice French every day. You have an advantage if you speak English, as many English words are similar in French. It’s useful to watch French movies with French subtitles. You should immerse yourself in French. Think in French, switch your keyboard to French, and live the French life!

Welcome to CILFA!

It is a wonderful place to learn French and French culture. When I arrived, I didn’t have the courage to speak in the classroom, nor the confidence to ask questions. You need to start speaking without fear and with a lot of motivation. Ask yourself why you would like to learn French. It helps me spend a lot of time and a lot of days indoors writing, read, and understand the language.

I recommend meeting as many French people as possible and, if possible, living in a shared apartment with French roommates. You will be able to listen to and speak French every day, and you will be surprised at how quickly you improve. And then, you should use your new vocabulary often. When you leave CILFA, you will feel more confident and enjoy using French.

See you soon and good luck!

There are five tips I want to share with you:

  1. I recommend asking the teachers for help. They are very kind and enthusiastic.
